Responsibilities:
- Back office administrative support for a high-volume financial advisor.
- Schedule, confirm, & help prepare for client meetings.
- Handle client checks and process deposits and disbursements.
- Answer client calls.
- Account opening: collect client info and generate paperwork.
- Account Maintenance: generate eSignature documents, obtain client signatures, 401 (k) rollovers, process trades, RMDs, account conversions, account updates, process death claims etc.
- Generate Performance Reports & MS Snapshot reports.
- AccountView set up and client support.
- CRM management and data entry.
- Assist with marketing efforts; prepare client correspondence and mailing campaigns.
- Refine office processes and implement efficiencies.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years Banking, Insurance, or Investment Industry Experience.
- Must have SIE certification or obtain it prior to hire
- Familiar with Redtail, Morningstar Advisor Workstation, eMoney/WealthVision.
- Tech savvy; experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
