Scope of Work:
The individual in this role will accurately and efficiently process a variety of customer transactions. This individual will be knowledgeable of our company’s products and services to effectively meet the customer’s needs and provide a high level of customer service.
Essential Functions (3):
Transaction Processing/Cash handling - Process a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently which may include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, verifying incoming/outgoing cash, and daily balancing of cash drawer/vaults
Customer Experience– Displays the following attributes: friendly, outgoing, professional, courteous, projects a positive image, resolves problems quickly and efficiently, and is respectful to customers.
Product/Technical Knowledge – Maintains a working knowledge of company products and services in order to communicate effectively with customers. Proficient with technology required for this position.

Prior knowledge of banking regulations is preferred
