Location : Hybrid- 25% travel required
Pay : $160,000-180,000 annually based on experience
Kennedy Care Management is a holding company overseeing 4 distinct businesses aimed at thoughtfully and lovingly caring for their respective client groups. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for all individuals who engage with us - both as clients and employees. We are seeking an experienced Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our leadership team, focusing on enhancing our human resources practices while aligning with our mission to provide exceptional care. We are only as good as the people we employ so the CPO role is critically important for our success.
The CPO will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources at Kennedy Care, ensuring effective talent management, compliance, and employee engagement. This strategic role requires an innovative, thoughtful leader with a deep understanding of the human services sector and experience in implementing innovative HR practices.
