KennedyC is looking for a Technical Systems Coordinator. This hybrid position is based in Madison, WI. We are looking for a highly technical and customer-focused individual to excel in system troubleshooting and configuration. This position will handle escalations related to system functionality and collaborate closely with Account Executives, Web Developers, Operations and Data Analysts to ensure consistent performance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving system issues across CRM, CMS, and database platforms.
- Support data analysis efforts, troubleshooting discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Learn and assist with system configurations, integrations, and process automation.
- Collaborate with developers, Account Executives, and Analysts to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Document processes, create training materials, and develop best practice guides for system users.
- Test new system updates and integrations, reporting issues and working on resolutions.
- Provide internal support for system-related inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas for system and workflow optimization.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and assist in basic software project coordination.
- Support with system coordination projects as assigned, ensuring accuracy, consistency and effective implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in troubleshooting and system analysis.
- Exposure to CRM platforms, CMS systems, or data tools (i.e., Looker Studio) is a plus.
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Intelligence solutions is a plus.
- Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, or data structures (willingness to learn is key!).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
