Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with proven leadership experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Travel will be required to program locations as requested.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Supervises the HR Generalist
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Leadership Review to review, and update, compensation strategies, including salary structure and incentive plans to remain competitive and equitable.
