Role: Applications Engineer
As an applications engineer, you will develop technical expertise and an understanding of customer applications to assist customers

Essential Functions
- Serve as the subject matter expert for customer applications with an ability to communicate to internal and external
- Analyzes field data and develops product and application designs and installation techniques for projects outside the scope
- Leads special testing efforts of unusual applications & writes technical papers
- Provides hands-on field support for non-standard installations
- Helps to expand the envelope of the existing product offerings
- Responds to operations team needs for supporting data, reports, submittal information, and post-installation analysis
- Works closely with the sales team to address high-level engineering issues related to our product and the customer’s
- Resolves difficult engineering situations both in the planning and design phase and in the corrective action phase
- Develops and delivers presentations for customers and the sales team
- Assist the estimating department with analyzing engineered bid documents and assembling bid scopes and pricing
- Assist the sales teams with product selection and budgetary estimates
- Develop customer AutoCAD drawings
- Minimum age requirement 18
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil/environmental/mechanical engineering, engineering technology, computer science, or a related
- 0-5 years of experience working as an engineer
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Software
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
