We are looking for a skilled Pre-Construction Lead to join our team at Kennedy Richter Construction, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and proposing solutions for client-specific needs and ensuring that our standards of daily performance and procedures are met from project inception to turnover.
- Develop precise estimates and competitive bids for construction projects
- Consult with clients, architects, subcontractors, and material suppliers to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all project documents in an organized manner
- Perform self-led take-offs to gather necessary data for bids
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management a plus
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
- 2-5 years' of construction experience preferred
