Duties

• Oversee and lead a team of roofing reps and installers
• Manage residential projects and assist with light commercial roofing jobs
• Ensure quality control, customer satisfaction, and on-time project completion
• Provide on-site leadership and accountability
• Train and support new team members
• Act as the go-to contact for clients, crews, and company leadership
• Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines and budgets while providing updates on progress and challenges.
• Train team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety measures.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
• Canvass and find prospective roofing clients.
• Teach door to door knocking techniques to team members.

Qualifications

• Proven roofing experience (residential required, commercial a plus)
• Previous team leadership or management experience in construction or roofing
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Able to obtain and maintain personal vehicle insurance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and safety
• Ability to solve problems on the fly and keep crews motivated
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment; must be comfortable with heavy lifting as required by some job duties.
• A valid driver's license may be required for site travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
