Seeking a full-time Clinical Director to join our residential services team where we provide state-of-the-art trauma-focused treatment (evaluation, therapy, case management services) to children ages 13- 17 and their families in the aftermath of exposure to human trafficking and complex trauma. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative and clinical operations in addition to supporting trauma therapists’ work in providing trauma focused group / individual therapy to support child survivors that have experienced sexual violence. The Clinical Supervisor will also independently provide direct therapy services to an identified number of child survivors and provide direct supervision to master level clinicians and clinical level staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field or Doctoral Degree in Human service-related field.
Valid Clinical License in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC)
Board approved supervisor (LCSW-C, LCPC) or within 6 months of start date complete supervision training.
Knowledge of issues of sexual trauma and gender-based violence.
Proven experience with trauma informed counseling.
Demonstrates cultural competency in working with a diverse population.
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of database management systems.
Ability to work evenings / weekend shifts as needed.
Bi-lingual highly encouraged to apply.
3 years direct clinical service with survivors of sexual violence required.
3 years of experience providing trauma focused therapy to Youth and families.
