DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. This position will develop into a Team Lead Supervisor role, encompassing day-to-day supervision of the department and call center, additional management responsibilities, and involvement in department projects and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Customer Service Representative :
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and external sales team, handling approximately 80 inbound and outbound calls within a call queue and personal extension.
- Email Communication : Respond to customer and internal emails, ensuring all inquiries and orders are processed promptly.
- Inventory and Orders : Initiate inventory stock checks, verify dealer pricing, and process various types of orders accurately.
- Order Management : Process and / or request changes to orders prior to shipping status.
- Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot customer and / or product concerns as well as system issues, engaging management as needed to provide alternative options and solutions.
- Internal Communication : Work with all other internal departments to communicate thoroughly and effectively all pertinent information.
- Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively within a call center team, sharing responsibilities and meeting service and accuracy goals while contributing to a positive team environment.
