What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Manager position at Kennedy-White Orthopaedic Center?
Kennedy-White Orthopaedic Center is currently searching for an experienced Clinical Manager to become part of our team.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Nursing/Medical Assistants, Surgery Scheduling, and X-Ray departments. The position serves as the main point of contact for our Team Leaders and addresses general issues; escalating to the Practice Administration as appropriate. The Operations Manager also leads interviewing of prospective new team members.
The successful candidate will have managerial experience in a physicians office or hospital, with demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. We are looking for a hands on manager with an interest and expertise in process improvement.
