The Assistant Project Manager will support the AdPromo team to ensure the smooth execution and completion of projects across all media formats for Tor Publishing Group. They will be responsible for managing communication between team members and stakeholders, and assisting with the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project timelines and milestones. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
What you'll do :
- Project Planning and Execution Support : Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines and milestones. Monitor project progress against these plans, identify any deviations and assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary. This includes adjusting project plans as needed to meet objectives and working to anticipate roadblocks.
- Quality and Compliance Management : The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the design team to understand the different technical requirements, restrictions, and timelines associated with all media and types of collateral produced by the AdPromo department. The ability to learn and adapt to global trends and changes in the media landscape will be critical for success.
- Coordination and Communication : This role will facilitate communication within each project team and with external stakeholders. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and ensuring all parties are kept informed of project progress and changes to maintain alignment across the group.

This role will have an annual salary of $60,000 - $65,000.
