What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate and Commercial Attorney position at Kennedys Law?

In this position you will be actively involved in complex and interesting commercial disputes. The position is based in Wilmington, Delaware, but our culture fosters global collaboration daily.
Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant corporate and commercial experience, handling all phases of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and appeals. Experience with tasks such as arbitration and trial experience is helpful, but not required.

Attorney compensation ranges from $125,000 to $220,000 annually. Salary is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
