Candidates should have experience in first-party property, bad faith, and insurance coverage litigation. Candidates should also have strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing abilities. Top candidates will have practical case management experience in both state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, taking, and defending depositions, court appearances, and trial experience.

Attorney compensation ranges from $125,000 to $220,000 annually. Salary is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
