Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile invoices, payments, and vendor statements.
- Assist with customer billing and collections, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth payment processing.
- Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
What You Bring:
✅ Experience in AR/AP, bookkeeping, or accounting (freight or logistics industry experience is a plus!).
✅ Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
