Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets.
- Review schematics and construction estimates to ensure accurate execution of plans.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency on-site.
- Prepare reports on project status, including progress updates, budget tracking, and any issues that may arise.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or as a supervisor in the construction industry.
