Job Scope: The Senior Clinical Manager of CCSO provides leadership and administrative oversight for the SASS Program and the Pathways to Success Program. The Senior Clinical Manager will identify opportunities, barriers, implement solutions, and evaluate the CCSO performance. The Senior Clinical Manager will also serve as the agency liaison to external and internal stakeholders.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of counselors, case managers, care coordinators, reporting supervisors and managers.
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to administrative assistants, supervisors, and managers.
- Ensure that all services are performed in accordance with Federal, State, Local, and programmatic standards and policies.
- Serve as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide on-going performance evaluation of the CCSO.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Director in identifying areas of quality improvement and the implementation of solutions.
- Oversee deliverables and required reporting to external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of the annual agency budget.
- Attend stakeholder meetings.
- Other duties as assigned
Program Responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts across the CCSO and other KYC services.
- Oversee in collaboration with the manager/supervisor assignment of consumers and families in services.
- Oversee the Manager of Community Relations.
- Collaborate with Finance and Human Resources closely.
- Oversee in collaboration with manager/supervisor weekly schedules to ensure 24/7 crisis coverage.
- Provide supervision to supervisors/managers and administrative assistant of CCSO.
- Facilitate team meetings across the CCSO with key leaders.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling, or other related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of experience supervising clinically and administratively.
- Experience with high-risk children, intensive case management, and crisis services preferred.
- Clinical Licensure (LCPC or LCSW) with the ability to provide supervision.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Computer skills required.
- Ability to utilize an electronic medical record.
Schedule
- Full-time-exempt, 37.5 hours work week.
