## Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Copy Center Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various copy center tasks, and helping in the retail store putting stock away or help with everyday cleaning and maintenance.
## Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs
- Multilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Assist copy center area ensuring it is well-stocked and organized
- Assist customers with retail sales of copy services and products
- Sell additional services and products to enhance customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
-Run varitety of copy machines (training provided on the job)
-Lamination, binding, faxing, printing wideformat copies, scanning and more!
## Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customers
- Familiarity with copy center equipment and operations is a bonus
-Enjoy working with the public and all age groups
-Abilty to problem solve is a great asset.
-Must be able to work independantly on projects with sensitive time lines
_Must be able to work anytime between the hours of 9am-6pm monday to friday and 9-3 on saturday. We are always closed on Sundays
_MUST have working knowlege of comuters and computer software like Excel, word, Google Sheets, Microsoft outlook. Photoshop and canva are not required but very helpful.
_Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Must have daily dependable transportation to get to work on time.
_Abitily to lift up to 50lbs

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
