Kenney Business Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Program Manager for an upcoming proposal effort at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful execution of the programs including, coordinating multiple projects, ensuring tasks stay on schedule, managing budgets and maintaining open communication between the Government and the contract team.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to project teams
- Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables in alignment with the contract expectations
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly status reports
- Manage the day-to-day performance of a team of administrative professionals in accordance with contract requirements
- Oversee the tracking of contract personnel, task orders, due dates and financial data.
Qualifications:
- Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for the Secret clearance at this location.
- Ten (10) years of program management experience which includes both technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance, providing contract data deliverables, and having oversight of contract schedule and cost.
- Five (5) years of experience managing Federal Government programs/contracts.
- Experience with administrative oversight of contractual matters and serving as a liaison between the Customer Representative and corporate management.
- Experience managing services simultaneously while supporting many projects. Experience organizing resources to support many concurrent activities.
- Experience ensuring that all activities conform to the terms and conditions of the contract.
