Description
Account Coordinator is responsible for a group of assigned accounts. Manage day to day activity and coordination associated with key accounts that includes account management, relationship management, order gathering/management, coordinating to sales completion, sales reporting, SKU management and customer communications.
Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions:
Provides customer service and order gathering and management for assigned key and target accounts and general support.
Partner with account management teams for administrative support.
Works with account management team and support departments to assist in the creation of reports and sales analysis.
Responsible for customer account information staying updated. Includes; updating profile in distribution systems, communicating changes to customers as needed, and maintaining accurate pricing/price sheets, and promotional pricing.
Utilize internal software systems to produce weekly and ad hoc sales and fresh inventory level information reporting. Understands internal systems to process, invoice, and manage customer accounts.
Submit pricing information to customer and input pricing/sku information in distribution system.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, gathering promotional orders and tracking and validating necessary tracking reports.
- Coordinate Mass Market account sales.
- Must have experience with Customer Service, Sales, Prebooking, Logistics.
- Preferably Komet and Tecsys experience as well
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
Job Requirements Qualifications:
Two to three years of office experience. Preference for distribution, grocery, or transportation experience.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects/requests
Excellent interpersonal skills – in person, phone, email, presentations, etc.
Fast learner, team player, and aggressive problem solver
Strong to advanced level of skills with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point • Desire to advance and grow within the company
