Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all accounting operations
- Develop financial models and reports to support investor relations
- Develop and implement accounting, insurance, and HR policies and procedures
- Manage HR activities including benefits, health insurance, retirement plans, and annual performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial and HR strategies
