The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation, and employee relations. This position partners with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring an engaging and effective work environment across a fully dispersed workforce.
The HRBP will lead recruitment efforts, support talent development, manage compensation programs, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights and organizational development initiatives. In addition, this role contributes to the development of HR policies and programs, oversees internal communications, and supports strategic efforts to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 6 years of HRBP experience (including compensation and market analysis) in a global environment; knowledge of employment law and policy development; and is highly proficient with HRIS (Paylocity preferred).
