About the Role
As an Engineering Aide, you’ll support our engineering team in designing, developing, and testing new products and technologies that serve our customers across multiple industries. You’ll collaborate with engineers and technicians to build tooling, prototypes, and perform rigorous testing—all while working with cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing and CNC machining.
As our ideas move from concept to production, you'll play a critical role in transitioning designs into manufacturing, ensuring smooth integration into Kennon’s production processes.
What You’ll Do
✅ Collaborate with engineers to develop innovative solutions
✅ Design and build tooling/fixturing for prototypes
✅ Conduct tests to evaluate product performance
✅ Research and source materials for prototypes and production
✅ Develop preliminary product documentation (specs, standard work, etc.)
✅ Work with manufacturing teams to bring new designs to life
What We’re Looking For
🔹 3 years of experience in product development and manufacturing
🔹 Strong written and verbal communication skills
🔹 Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in various positions (bending, twisting, standing, squatting, etc.)

🔹 Some travel may be required
