Job Location: Denver CO - Denver, CO
Salary Range: $33.00 - $40.00 Hourly
Description
Purpose: BIM Specialist is responsible for changing and creating drawings
Essential Duties include the following:
- Must comply with all company safety policies at all times
- Works with existing drawings from architects to make necessary revisions for projects
- Creates new drawing designs from concept
- Works with Project Manager on site visits measuring building layouts
- Work with engineering to assist in design/build
- Understands and performs 3-D coordination
- Provides and creates detailed shop drawings for installation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Drafting or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Competence in Microsoft office products, AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks
- Strong organizational, file and data management skills
- Good communication skills, including verbal and written
Salary : $33 - $40
