Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them with their service needs - Consult with customers to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance requirements - Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services - Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed - Process payments and handle customer inquiries or concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history Requirements: - Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred - Knowledge of diesel engine repair, automotive repair, oil changes, tire services, and other common automotive maintenance procedures - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer care - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems for invoicing, estimating, and record keeping We offer competitive pay based on experience.
