We are seeking a motivated and results driven Kitchen and Bath Outside Salesperson to join our team. This role is responsible for generating sales by engaging with homebuilders, interior designers, architects, and homeowners to provide customized kitchen and bath solutions. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Conduct on site consultations to assess customer needs and present product options.

Develop and present design solutions, product selections, and quotes to customers.

Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners.

Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.

Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure project success.

Responsible for day to day showroom operations and merchandising; maintaining processes to uphold brand standards.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and installation process.
What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in kitchen and bath, home improvement, or construction related industries. Preferred but not required.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.

Ability to read and understand blueprints or design plans is a plus.

The ability to effectively schedule and manage time, prioritizing high impact activities that drive results.

Interior Design experience preferred, not required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
