Hours are 7am to 3pm Monday-Friday
Base Pay : $22.48 / hr
Year 1 Bonus : $1.22 per hour worked
Profit Sharing Eligibility : Begins after completing 1 year of employment

What We Are Looking For
We’re now hiring a Day Shift Yard Driver to support our Perham, MN Kenny's Candy & Confections facility. This position will be working very closely with the Warehouse Manager and Supervisor of ensuring that shuttle truck operations and the moving of company trailers are done in a safe and timely fashion.
Essential Duties :
- Keep finished products organized and located properly in warehouses.
- Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and movements of products.
- Rotate ingredients and packaging in their proper locations after receiving.
- Proper and accurate loading and unloading of trucks.
- Drive the shuttle truck to deliver and pickup product and supplies as necessary.
- Perform daily yard truck inspections and maintain overall yard truck cleanliness.
- Shuttling and moving storage trailers in a timely fashion
- Keep storage trailer lot organized
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies as discovered.
- Forklift, shuttle truck operation and being certified and licensed to drive such vehicles.
- Operate the shrink wrapper, box crusher, etc. as necessary.
- Perform physical and cycle counts of inventory as necessary.
- Backup or substitute material handler positions when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.
- Place raw materials, packaging, and finished goods on hold and release as necessary.
- Report any safety issues, unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.
