Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Kenosha, WI. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of KIN's various facilities. Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating the efforts of multiple teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. The role also involves budgeting, logistical planning, and contributing to the long-term strategic planning of the organization.
