The Kenosha are looking to hire a Partnership Activation Manager to be the key point person to oversee sponsorship contract execution and service for the Kenosha Kingfish.
This seasonal position is based in Kenosha, WI and will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with the Kingfish corporate partners.
This position is an ideal fit for an individual with the ability to complete projects independently and is a creative thinker and a strong writer. Candidate is someone who can take initiative and develop their own innovative ideas for new or existing projects.
Responsibilities:
- This position will service, implement and execute contracts for the Kenosha Kingfish corporate clients. Tasks may include:
- Generating recaps, proposals, contracts, and executing all elements of the partnership
- Maintaining relationships with sponsors and managing the majority of Kingfish accounts
- Responsible for scheduling all mascot appearances as well as be the team representative at various community events
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment under time constraints
- Ability to work all 2025 Kenosha home games along with special events
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Ability to time manage and work on several projects at once
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience working for a team, athletic department or sports industry is preferred
