Responsibilities for an Automotive Service Assistant Manager
- Report to the Service Manager and General Manager ensuring that the service department meets all financial & CSI oriented goals.
- Manage warranty repairs & warranty claims so the dealership is paid is timely fashion.
- Monitoring the condition and inventories of all tools and maintenance equipment
- Establishing promotional service prices
- Ensuring that the department adheres to all company-established and legal guidelines
- Help to manage staff of Service Advisors, Technicians & Porters
Requirements for an Automotive Service Assistant Manager
- Nissan experience a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills with proven CSI
- Proven supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
- Good motivational and interpersonal abilities
- We are a drug free environment
- Valid driver’s license required
