Responsibilities of an Automotive Service Advisor:
- Selling service products
- Scheduling appointments
- Generating estimates
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Resolving customer complaints
Qualifications of an Automotive Service Advisor:
- At least 1-year experience as a Service Advisor at a retail auto dealership
- Nissan/Infiniti experience is a real PLUS!
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong selling skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
