We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Construction Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be able to lead a team of workers to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Lead a team of workers and ensure they are working efficiently and safely
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met
- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Train and mentor new workers
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on project progress
- Previous experience with drywall and metal framing a must.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
