Kenpat North Dakota is seeking an experienced Construction Layout / Bilingual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laying out metal-framed walls, both interior and exterior, ensuring precision and accuracy in the construction process. The role also requires knowledge of wall backing items and their proper layout and installation. This role requires travel across the state of North Dakota to various job sites, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.
Job requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure accurate implementation of layout specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety standards and building codes.
- Travel to various job sites throughout North Dakota as required for project needs.
- Knowledge of wall backing items and their proper layout and installation.
- Experience in laying out metal framed walls, both interior and exterior.
- Proven experience in commercial construction layout or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, including accessibility and fire safety requirements.
- Experience in space planning and optimizing layouts for functionality and efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
