This role is based in Cincinnati, with travel opportunities (up to 25%) for client meetings, trade shows, and other commercial activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Pro-actively identify and develop new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, and email outreach.
• Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales managers.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.
• Expand and manage a database of prospective clients.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Support contract negotiations related to pricing and terms for machines and parts.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to effectively manage leads, opportunities, and client communication.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of commercial sales experience (inside sales experience preferred).
• Experience in additive manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and events.
