Kensington Bank is seeking a qualified, customer- focused individual to join our growing Sartell team. As a Relationship Banker you will work directly with our customers providing first-rate service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the teller functions of the bank
- Primary contact for opening accounts, including checking, savings, certificates, fiduciary, and other deposit products
- Proactively grow and deepen customer relationships, actively providing solutions to enhance each customer's financial success
- Participate in bank campaigns and initiatives to continue growing the market
- Understand and adhere to bank operational procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the banking industry or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to build relationships, collaborate with coworkers and enhance the lives of our customers
- Travel as business needs require
