The clinic serves 200 clients on a daily basis and provides daily dosing of methadone with individual and group therapy.
Summary
As the Assistant Director of Behavioral Health at Kensington Hospital, you will assist the Director of behavioral health services in ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. This pivotal role contributes to our mission of enhancing the well-being of our patients through compassionate care and innovative treatment approaches.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of behavioral health programs that meet the needs of the community.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive outpatient MAT services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in behavioral health care.
- Monitor patient outcomes and program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral health issues and treatment modalities.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with a focus on behavioral health.
- Licensed or certified in relevant behavioral health disciplines.
- Proven experience in managing behavioral health programs or services.
