Our client is multi-billion dollar, rapidly growing, global enterprise that provides Engineering, Procurment & Construction services and related solutions. The Company is one of the most storied and respected enterprises in it's field, focused on solving the most challanging and impactful Infrastructure challanges. Markets of focus include (but are not limited to) Power Generation, Power Transmission & Distribution, Water / Wastewater, Government, Mission Critical, and Communications.

The Company is seeking a stratigically oriented and innovate Senior Vice President to oversee it's Utiltity-Scale Renewables segment. Renewable Energy has been, and will continue to be, one of the highest-growth areas for the Company.

Given the advanced pace of technological, financial / economic, and regulatory changes impacting this sector and the resulting requirments of Company's clients, the selected candidate must have

15 years of experience working for and EPC company
Extensive renewable energy market experience

The SVP of Renewables will also be :

Strategically and commercially astute

Experienced in creating and implementing a core solutions portflolio with additional value-added services

Able to demonstrate a track record of expanding into new markets and growing business volume in a profitable manner

Well versed in Engineering, Procurement & Construction project execution practices with an emphasis on safety, quality, and ever-increasing efficiency

Adept at leading, mentoring and empowering a team of direct and indirect reports to meet spcified goals and objectives

Data driven, results oriented

Preferred Qualifications Include :

A developed network of key players in the renewables market

Strong knowledge of the power and utility value chain

Successful track record originating and negotiating power contracts

Experience with P&L ownership
