Floor Tech/Housekeeping
Floor Tech/Housekeeping Responsibilities:
- Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness and appearance of floors
- Conduct carpet cleaning and stain removal as needed
- Assist with environmental services tasks, such as waste disposal and recycling
- Ensure all areas are clean and sanitized according to established standards
- Perform buffing and polishing of floors to maintain a high level of shine
- Collaborate with custodial team to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks
Floor Tech/Housekeeping Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in floor care techniques and procedures
- Proficiency in commercial cleaning practices and equipment operation
- Ability to perform carpet cleaning and stain removal effectively
- Familiarity with environmental services protocols and regulations
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Skilled in buffing and polishing floors to achieve desired results
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with custodial team
