What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Kensington Place Apartments?
Maintenance Technician for multi-family community. Looking for a candidate that works well as a team and stays focused working independently. Responsible for completing work orders & grounds keeping as directed by Maintenance Supervisor. CPO and EPA certifications preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and transportation are required. For the right candidate, experience is not important. Eagerness to learn a valuable trade and industry is key!

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
