**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private club/bar operations, possess excellent leadership skills, and be knowledgeable in areas such as charitable gaming, scheduling, event planning, and staff management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day bar operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize bar profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Plan, market and host events for American Legion Post 123.
- Weekly ordering and purchasing for the establishment.
**Qualifications:**
- For Manager Position, previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or food industry
- Strong knowledge of retail math, cash handling procedures, and inventory management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
