Summary
The Office Coordinator is responsible for various day-to-day office and clerical tasks. This individual will be integral to ensuring that office operations run smoothly and successfully support other business activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary duties involve greeting guests and customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine the inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Oversees office cleanliness, directing cleaning staff and monitoring break areas for cleanliness.
- Assist with preparing New Hire Orientation packets
- Responsible for distribution of company property/technology, including paperwork.
- Responsible for assisting the Office Director/HR as needed and requested.
- Responsible for ensuring mail, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon are checked and distributed daily.

Required Experience, Education, and Qualifications
- Previous customer service and office experience required.
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on administrative writing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and assess appropriate priority levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and has the ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Must have reliable transportation to the workplace(s)/ job location(s).
- Ability to pass drug screening.
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
