Kent Construction is seeking to add an Office Manager to our growing team!
The Office Manager role has many duties within the office and is not limited to these descriptions - but here is what your normal day may look like:
- Manage calls, emails, packages, mail and other forms of correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate the HR activities of the office including onboarding, offboarding, health insurance programs, etc.
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions of office procedures
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
- Support company wide culture-focused activities
- Update database records for financial information, personal and other data
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment (coordinating with vendors such as cleaning and IT)
