- This position is designed and intended to be performed in Superior, WI.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to all safety procedures and practices, including Lock-out Tag-out.
- Keeping our facility spotless and organized, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Cleaning, maintaining, and monitoring packaging equipment for smooth, efficient operations.
- Directly contributing to the quality and safety of our products, making a real difference in our customers’ lives.
- Attends and participates in all company-required training programs.
- Follows verbal and written instructions from machine operators, leads, Quality, and Site Leadership.
- Works directly on the bottle loading and case packaging line.
- Ability to load bottles into the rinser.
- Inspects and places products into cases in a predetermined manner.
- Capable of labeling and placing finished cases on a pallet.
- Performs routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing/washing of equipment).
- Completes daily and weekly preventative maintenance as assigned.
- Accurately completes all required documentation.
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interacts professionally at all levels.
- Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Works on a flexible schedule as needed.
- Available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
- Strong employment history and reliable attendance.
