This is a Seasonal Part-Time opportunity that will require weekend hours.
- This position is designed and intended to be performed in Augusta, ME.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service
- Processing customer transactions
- Creating and maintaining live plant displays
- Ordering and receiving merchandise
- Loading customer purchases
- Merchandising and maintaining store standards
- Load customers correctly
- Stock products and maintain store cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned by Store Management as necessary
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior work history or education in horticulture
- Experience with controlled environment agriculture
- Retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work with general direction and minimal guidance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to Lift 50 pounds
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
