Direct Support Professional for Group Home Setting

HIRING FOR FULL TIME AND PART TIME 2ND AND 3RD POSITIONS- Will include weekend shift

**Job Summary:**
Join a dedicated team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at the Trudeau Center, where you will work with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities to help them realize their full potential. As a DSP, you will provide individualized support, assist with daily living skills, and create a safe and nurturing environment for the individuals you support.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and facilitate recreational activities
- Advocate for the well-being and enhancement of the lives of those you support
- Engage in community outings, appointments, and other activities as required
- Collaborate with team members to offer positive and effective support
- Complete mandatory trainings such as Safety Care, CPR, and Medication Administration

**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and a safe driving record
- Access to a personal vehicle for transportation as needed
