As a Respite Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing specialized treatment and/or treatment support to children aged 0 -21 years in all areas identified through Respite Service and Safety Plans
- Working one one-on-one in the home/community with child who has special needs
- Participating in the development of individualized plans as appropriate and following accordingly
- Protecting the rights and dignities of children with special needs and extending these rights and dignities to family members or guardians
Education/ Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license
- Safe driving record
- Automobile insurance
- Access to personal vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport
