Responsibilities
- Bill various payor sources in a timely manner.
- Work well with other administrative staff to achieve the best results for our residents.
- Coordinate human resource information.

- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Implement efficient organizational systems to streamline office operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service agreements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
- Proficiency in event planning with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office technology.
- Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus.
