Job Description :
Work with marketing leaders on crafting and executing marketing strategies aligned with the business development goals of the practices.
Develop a deep understanding of Firm practice areas (services, expertise, clients, competitors).
Serve as a firm-wide connector to facilitate internal knowledge sharing and cross-practice selling.
Build strong business relationships with attorneys and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, execute, and track projects including identifying opportunities and making recommendations to expand existing client work, and enhancing cross-selling opportunities.
Provide support for new business pursuits including pitches, RFP responses and capabilities presentations.
Monitor market, industry, and competitive trends for practice groups.
Conduct research related to clients, prospects, industry segments and competitors.
Collaborate with team to develop new marketing collateral and update website content.
Supporting other administrative functions.
Position Requirements :
Establish credibility with legal personnel at all levels and demonstrate a mix of confidence, tact, patience, and persistence with eagerness to understand Firm mission and business priorities / practice activities.
Commitment to client service, excellent communication / writing skills, strong multitasking / project management abilities, and understanding of how to prioritize projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
Ability to prioritize / follow up on projects and use creative methods to meet required deadlines, along with a positive track record to identify, develop, and implement best practices to expand cross-selling opportunities that yield high realization successes is needed.
Must demonstrate confidence be able to work independently to enhance communications within and across practice groups, offices, and members of management while executing traction with business development efforts.
Some travel may be required.
