Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales in your geographic area through prospecting, pitching, and closing new business among priority market sectors.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with customers, distributors, end users, and OEMs.
- Work cross-functionally with product development teams to bring customer opportunities to manufacturing stage.
- Lead negotiation, execution, and management of customer supply agreements.
- Contribute to timely pipeline and sales activity reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in sales or a business-related field.
- Demonstrated success in sales within a business-to-business manufacturing organization.
- Experience in key market sectors utilizing KEP products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Process-focused and solutions-oriented individual.
