Primary Function :
The Junior Varsity Golf Coach is responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing student-athletes on the golf team. This role includes planning and implementing training programs, organizing competitive play, and fostering a positive and competitive team environment. The coach will work closely with players, assistant coaches, and school administration to ensure the team's success both on and off the course.
Qualifications :
- Previous coaching experience, particularly at the high school or collegiate level.
- Strong knowledge of golf techniques, strategies, and rules
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
- Certification in first aid and CPR (preferred).
